We have an exciting four day programme planned. You can attend all four days, or just come for a day or two, it’s up to you.

These workshops take place at our campsite in Badrallach (Little Loch Broom, Dondonnel, North Western Highlands, IV23 2QP) and you will be able to stay overnight in either our holiday cottage, bothy, or camping accommodation. Meals are included.

14-15 Sept: Playing The Fool

A two day workshop with Angela Halvorson Bogo, incorporating clowning, play and connection. In these erratic, unstable times, the world needs a great renaissance of people with a new energy. Do you want to join this wave and radiate, joy, trust and presence? The fool can show us how to surrender to life, to open to what is emerging in any moment, to lay aside our overthinking and worry, to stay grounded in connection to the earth, to live simply and with heart.

16th Sept: Integral Health And Wellness

A day of self enquiry, mindfulness and learning. After introducing the unique Integral approach to health and wellbeing, Owen and Bo will lead you through a series of different sessions (including meditation, nutrition and stress management) to help you feel better, build resilience in the face of adversity and find stillness in times of chaos. Bring your questions and health conundrums and leave with an integral toolkit and personal strategy for moving toward your goals.

17th Sept: Exploring the Wilderness (inner and outer)

We will take you into the stunning hills surrounding the campsite for a chance to explore and encounter both inner and outer nature. Through guided solitary practices in nature you will have a deep meeting with different facets of yourself and gain insights that can lead to profound transformation. These guided explorations will support your personal growth and deepen your sense of belonging, purpose and connection to yourself and the larger world.

£60 per day (including lunch)
(if you’re staying overnight and would like breakfast and dinner we’ll add £10)
If you’re staying for all 4 days including all meals: £250
