Ullapool Yoga Class
Sometimes we can get so caught up in our mind that we almost forget that we are a body.
These gentle classes are aimed at reconnecting you with your body, and help direct your attention away from the constant chatter of the mind. More than just a way of relaxing, these classes will increase your resilience in the face of stress and boost your capacity for emotional regulation.
Working with awareness, you will gain insight into the relationship between your emotions and any pain or tension the body may hold on to.Very helpful for people struggling with anxiety or low mood
(or of course for people who are perfectly happy), these classes incorporate elements of yoga, meditation and Kum Nye (a Tibetan form of movement).
Connecting with your breath and your bodily sensations allows you to access a deep and nurturing feeling of comfort, confidence, relaxation and calm!
